if the bible said that a fatty diet with no exercise was good for you and would make you lose weight would you?

if god said (and it was in the bible) that eating 6 meals a day that consisted of 4 portions of pure fat, 3 portions of meat and at least 300g of carbs was healthy and would make you live a long life would you believe it because god said so or would you maybe question why people were dying at the grand old age of around 30 because of heart problems and obesity?
