How do you overcome sleepiness without stimulants and sugar?

bible diet
Saski asked:

Aight. I have to get up at 4:30 AM , go to bible study, swim practice, then school, and then do school news , literary magazine, and then homework and SAT prep. I don’t feel overwhelmed by it, but I have relied on caffeine and candy to get me through the day before. I now am on a low-sugar, low-fat, 0 caffeine diet, and the school year is approaching soon. How do I stay awake and energized for the whole day with 6 hours of sleep and no stimulants?

go to sleep earlier, that should really help. Do it gradually though. And whenever you feel tired you really need to move around a little bit to get you going. Other than that you might just have to feel tired in some situations.
