Have you tried the Bible diet?

bible diet
sub0k asked:

Seriously, has anyone tried eating and fasting as described in the bible? Much better than taking a hand full of pills each morning, isn’t it?
Yet again the ignorance of the masses is evident! Most of you have answered my question based on what you think the word “fasting” means without actually reading the Bible in order to understand its intended use.

fasting is not healthy.Fasting is the act of depriving one’s body to eat and drink for a period of time. Refusal of food can cause severe peptic ulcer. Also, one may experience weakness and giddiness from this procedure. Without the proper amount of food intake, loss of energy will definitely be encountered. Muscle and tremor cramps would be difficult to avoid as well. Furthermore, weight loss involved can be drastic and create certain complications. Not to mention that much of the weight that is lost from diets that cause weight to drop too quickly will be healthy muscle tissue that the body needs.

1. Fasting is NOT bad for the body. Starving yourself is.
The difference is when fasting you can purge and clean out toxins from your system. This is good to do when you want and are ready to change your diet and eating habits.
2. Starving yourself is denying yourself the right of food for unhealhty/mental reason or issues.
Pills are not healthy and can be very risky.
Proper diet and exercise are the best way to lose pounds and to keep your heart healthy.
