not the sugary fruit snacks but actual pieces of fruit as snacks… just wanted to clarify.

I’ve probably went through all the Body sculpting bibles, meaning, there’s not just one of the same series, they’re all pretty good and yes, they work and it’s a perfectly healthy way to lose weight or to stay in shape.
Love it and recommend it to everyone.
Also, the other really good books are the Biggest Loser books, although that’s truly for losing weight, and the A-list celebrity weight loss book.
